Pre-Installation
If you are a potential client and are interested in ensuring that
your server meets system requirements before
purchase, we've readied a diagnostics
package that you can upload to it that it
may verify that requirements are met. This is an important step
since your server must meet system requirements so that you are
eligible for refund should something not work. Please read our
Client Agreement to which you are bound by purchase for details.
Technical
Support for Members
Free technical support is provided for Whois.Cart()™ products in
their native form via email and discussion
forums. While response
is usually returned within a few hours, please allow an entire
business day for the latter. Our dedicated staff will surely be
able to solve whatever problems may arise. Please note however,
that we are not responsible and do not provide support for server side issues, system requirements,
theme customization difficulties or server misconfigurations. Also, please visit the FAQ
in the forums before contacting the support staff
(registration required). Please note that technical support is provided in english only. Our target support ceiling is one day on weekdays, and two on weekends.
