Whois.Cart()tm will run on
both dedicated and shared host systems and will also run under PHP's
safe mode.
The system does require that the host server be properly configured; notably
open_basedir under safe mode which administrators often ignore. If you would
like to check your host's server to see if it is properly configured and ready
to accomodate the system, download this diagnostics
package and
follow instructions contained therein. It is our pleasure to contact your hosts
and make recommendations / modifications as required.
